Meat Loaf, Oven-fried Potatoes and fresh asparagus. I love fixing potatoes this way. I wash them real good, cut into pieces, season with salt and McCormick's garlic and pepper mixture and then toss them in some olive oil. The skin gets kinda crispy. We got the asparagus from Whole Foods and they are from Peru. They were good, although not as good as Sacramento Delta asparagus that we get in the spring. I like some mayonaise with my asparagus. Yummy Dinner!!
