I fixed Swiss Steak for dinner tonight along with rice and fresh steamed broccoli. It sure was tender, didn't need to use a knife to cut it. I sure do like it when the meat is fork tender. YUM!! I went out for a couple of hours earlier today. I was getting stir-crazy being cooped up in the house. It wasn't raining until I walked out the door to leave at 11:15 am. It started sprinkling just a little. However by the time I got home 2 hours later it was raining pretty hard and it hasn't let up yet. There's suppose to be clearing on Saturday and Sunday and then another storm on Monday.
