There were several people around us that had never seen the race and they were really excited. I remember the first year the Tour came through Sacramento, I cried when the riders came by. It was just so awesome!<br /><br />That Japanese restaurant was run by Koreans. There are several Japanese restaurants in Sacramento that are run by Koreans. They don't offer the same kind of customer service as the ones owned by Japanese people. Yesterday I went to the restaurant where I go very Wednesday. I was telling Kazumi, the owner, about it. She felt so bad. She is Okinawan.
